Former Arsenal and Everton striker Kevin Campbell dies at 54

Campbell was a key player for Arsenal in the early 1990s, scoring nine goals in 20 appearances as the Gunners won the old First Division title in 1990-91.

He also had spells at Everton, Nottingham Forest and West Bromwich Albion, before retiring in 2005.

After hanging up his boots, Campbell worked as a sports television pundit and co-commentator.

He died on 15 June 2024, at the age of 54, after a short illness.

Campbell was a powerful striker who was known for his physical presence and goalscoring ability.

He was a popular figure among Arsenal fans and will be sadly missed.
