Francis Ngannou has warned Anthony Joshua he will not survive a clean shot from him when they collide in the ring next month.
The pair are set to meet in a highly anticipated heavyweight showdown in London on April 1.
And Ngannou, who is known for his devastating punching power, is confident he can knock out Joshua if he lands a clean blow.
"If I land a clean shot, AJ's not taking it," Ngannou said. "I'm not saying I'm going to knock him out in the first round, but if I land a clean shot, he's going to go down."
Joshua is aware of Ngannou's power, but he is confident he can withstand anything the Cameroonian throws at him.
"I know Ngannou is a dangerous puncher, but I'm not afraid of him," Joshua said. "I've been hit by some of the biggest hitters in the world, and I'm still standing."
The fight is expected to be a close contest, but Ngannou is the slight favorite. The Cameroonian has won his last five fights by knockout, and he has only been defeated once in his professional career.
Joshua, on the other hand, has lost two of his last four fights. However, he is still considered one of the best heavyweights in the world, and he will be looking to prove that he is still a force to be reckoned with.
